Training for Mauritania Police

EMT FORENSICS AND EMT Akademi hosted Criminalistics and Crime Scene Investigation Training for a group of experts from the Islamic Republic of Mauritania. The following topics were covered during the training:

• Crime scene investigation
• Evidence-based criminal investigation
• Ballistic evidence and examinations
• Digital evidence and examinations
• Biological evidence and examinations
• Gun-shot residue analysis, chemical evidence, and examinations
• Crime scene reconstruction
• Fingerprint development and identification

The training successfully covered methodology and practical applications using crime scene examination equipment. Expert trainers provided feedback and had discussions with participants on given scenarios.
